1. Macedon Ranges Music Festival:
Each year in February, Macedon Ranges Shire's largest music event is held in Lancefield. The event celebrates the region's exceptional music talent, featuring over 40 artists entertaining the crowd with various music genres from rock to folk. In 2019, the headliner was Russel Morris - an acclaimed Australian singer-songwriter. The festival is a must-visit for music enthusiasts to let their hair down, dance along and enjoy great food and beverages.

2. Macedon Ranges Art Trail:
For the entire month of August, Lancefield hosts the Macedon Ranges Art Trail - an annual event that showcases the region's finest art from paintings, photography, sculptures to textiles and ceramics. It is free to visit, with the town's art galleries and studios open to the public. It's a perfect opportunity for art lovers to chat with artists and purchase one-of-a-kind pieces directly from them.

3. Farmers Market:
Every fourth Saturday of the month, the Lancefield and District Farmer's Market is held on High Street.
